KEYBOX Okinawa cannot enter U.S. military bases due to base access restrictions.
This page is intended primarily for U.S. military personnel whose vehicle is immobilized on base because the car key or smart key was lost.

Base facilities often use overseas-made lock systems, which are outside our service scope. Our shop specializes exclusively in automotive vehicle keys, smart keys, and immobilizers.

Recovery Process (Vehicle Immobilized by Lost Key)

Contact a tow truck company to request transport. Please arrange for a towing service of your choice to transport your vehicle to our shop.

Once towed to our shop in Ginowan, KEYBOX performs express vehicle key recovery and ECU chip programming on-site.
